Editing locations on the map
- Sign in to account
- Email map@saveourshotguns.org for login credentials
- Click on the “My Content” tab
- Click on the folder “adminsos” if the page is blank
- Click on “Historic Housing”
- Click on “Open in Map Viewer”
- Click on “Edit” – This will open the “Add Features” window
- To move a location icon, click and hold and drag to new location
- To edit a property, click on the location icon which will bring up the dialog box
- You should see a dialog box similar to the one below
- Next, to change the title
- Click on the link icon to alter the URL
- Edit the URL of the page, as example: “http://saveourshotguns.org/shotgun-houses/166-6/”
- Next add the description: “Click Here for More Information”
- BE SURE to click set!
- Click on the tab “Change Symbol”
- Scroll down and select the red dot, leaving the size at 32
- Click OK
- Click close
- Click save
